Tourism Ireland Uploader

Emagine Media has developed an online application for Tourism Ireland which allows anyone with an interest, some nice images, and willingness to earn some money to submit images and be paid for their unique view of Ireland.

As avid photographers and internet geeks, we love the idea of large groups of people contributing to a work of imagery. We are especially interested in how many of talented people can visually record an image of a region or area with all of its' diversity and splendor.

So we developed the Tourism Irleand Imagery Uploader - A cross-platform app that ties in with the existing robust content management system used for the Tourism Ireland Imagery Library.

Users can register for free and download the software. Once installed on the local system, many multiple images can be tagged, labelled and uploaded for review by Tourism Ireland's marketing gurus.  The system also tracks the account of participants and gives an indication of the flavour of imagery that Tourism Ireland are looking for through a listing of suggested creative briefs and sample imagery.

We are delighted with the launch, which went flawlessly after a rigourous testing scheme. The app has been very well received by Tourism Ireland and its' clients.
